Day 5 Letrozole: Happy Friday!
It's December 5th, 2025! Happy Friday y'all! I hope you're getting the format as I ease back into this blogging practice! This is one of those things that gives each day a bit more structure as the practice unfolds. For ppl who are mirroring my practice, I hope you enjoy the way it give each day a bit more flesh on the bones of disciplined practice. I hope stretching your limits gives flexibility as you test your range, & that exploration into it's depths gives your richness of deep inner bounty, laid bare for your utter delight.
The Pantone Color of The Year was announced & it went from a boring "Mocha Mousse Brown" to "Cloud Dancer White". The collective internet said Hellllllll to the Naw! And fam, we have agreed the color of the year 2026 is a beautiful, vibrant, deep Phthalo Green! Cheers to that Fam!
We've already started on a project in a similar shade & we're excited to see how this color meshes with the other colors for the Year of The Horse. Soon, we'll be doing the traditional reading of the Chinese Horoscopes of the Year; an older tradition for my family, we follow as much of the Feng Shui guidance as possible to ensure a smooth journey from one year to the next of the course of each 12 year cycle. A cycle ago, we were preparing to leave Washington State & live in Hawaii. My nieces were born shortly after that & the Ka'u land purchase soon followed.

This time, it looks like the Nagaoka House Purchase we just completed in November 2025 is heralding our nomadic change. We're feeling ready & excited to head to Japan & I intend to open an allocare lounge there. Dedicating my life to telling our stories, supporting my community, & providing framework for us to all thrive is my personal mission. Providing education about those solutions is the goal of the Nonprofit Society! I hope sincerely to serve our community earnestly.
So the Next Post I have Planned will be "Gains & Losses: Tallying to Close the Year" which will explore the information behind this valuable Praxis.
We'll explore:
Why counting matters.
Taking an honest count.
What if you don't like the tally?
Mitigating Losses & Planning for Gains
The Annual Surrender for Winter Solstice
I'll be filing it under the Tag: Hearth Training! Please look forward to it! ^.^
